Mr. Jukka Tulivuori (Master of Arts, Master of Science) works as a Counsellor of Education at the Finnish National Agency for Education. He has almost 20 years’ experience of education in the local, regional, national and international level. Mr. Tulivuori has experience as a class teacher in primary school as well as a subject teacher in secondary and upper secondary school (biology, geography, health education).
At his current work for the government of Finland he has been working mainly in the areas of the pedagogical use of ICT in education, biology, geography and environmental education and national curriculum planning. He also has experience from the various working groups and projects of the European Commission and European Schoolnet. Mr. Tulivuori worked one year as an Education Specialist for the Finn Church Aid in Eritrea working with teacher education and the Ministry of Education of the Government of Eritrea and for a shorter period as an Education Specialist for the refugee respond in Athens, Greece.
We are talking about Jukka’s involvements in ICT in Education and improving the use of ICT at Finnish Schools. Also on European level.
