Adi Gaskell is Director Of Innovation at The VTC Group. Adi is an old school liberal with a love of self-organizing systems. He holds a masters degree in IT, specializing in artificial intelligence and enjoy exploring the edge of organizational behavior. Adi specializes in finding the many great things that are happening in the world, and helping organizations apply these changes to their own environments.

Adi is an experienced innovation writer and consultant who has worked with organisations such as Deloitte, GSK, Salesforce, the NHS and the Ministry of Defence. In addition to consulting, he writes on innovation for publications such as Forbes, the BBC, the Huffington Post, Innocentive and the LSE Business Review, as well as penning whitepapers on innovation, gaining commendation from organisations such as the International Institute of Certified Innovators and Entrepreneurs (IICIE).

He has also written a book on building a more collaborative enterprise and contributed a chapter to a recent book on change management in healthcare.  He is currently ghost-writing a book on the future of workplaces with the former head of facilities at the BBC and regularly speaks at events, including Health 2.0, EdTechX, EIT Health and The World Festival of Youth and Students.
