James de Bass is a Co-Founder of Educate. He has experience gained from working with over 4,000 Schools and Local Authorities as clients. James is an Edtech entrepreneur who created Standards Tracker, an online staff appraisal and feedback system for schools and colleges. Educators adopted solutions both in the UK and internationally.
James co-founded Educate with friends who were educationalists mixed with entrepreneurs with a view to bringing improvements into education from lessons learned in business. Educate developed over the years and provided support to schools in many different areas but now focuses on staff and whole school improvement using technology as a tool to help support that process. The company has clients around the world and is in the process of concluding a deal in China which will bring its Standards Tracker product to an even larger audience.
James first started programming with the Spectrum ZX 81 many years ago but leaves all of the coding to his team of professionals.
