End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully downloading or using Mobile applications developed by CleverBooks Limited (“Application(s)”) located on GooglePlay, iTunes, located on any other mobile app online store or transmitted to you/ obtained by you in the form of apk file(s) for installation.

By downloading or using the Application(s), you (“End-User”) are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

License

CleverBooks Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Application(s) provided by CleverBooks Limited are at no cost to download, install and use. There is an in-app purchase option available (paid part of the Application(s)). It is solely at the discretion of the user to purchase the paid elements of the Application(s). Neither CleverBooks Limited, nor any other third party can influence End-User(s)’ decision to purchase the paid element of the Application(s). If the user is not satisfied with the purchase of the paid element of the Application(s), CleverBooks Limited provides money back guarantee.

If the user has changed the device (including but not limited to tablets, mobile phones, etc.) on which Application(s) from CleverBooks Limited was previously installed and in use, the user can restore any previously made purchase on a new device.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application(s) or make the Application(s) available to any third party.

Modifications to Application

CleverBooks Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application(s) or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or CleverBooks Limited.

CleverBooks Limited may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from CleverBooks Limited, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application(s) and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application(s) and delete all copies of the Application(s) from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

CleverBooks Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. The revised material will be published on the website of CleverBooks Limited prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
