Jak is an experienced Leader within Education. Core to his philosophy of education is inspiration. He believes that a school should strive to inspire every learner that comes into the classroom to believe in their talents, apply their abilities and reap the rewards of learning.
Inclusivity is important and Jak feels that as a member of an educational establishment no learner should ever be left out in the cold; we must motivate all learners.
